A California state lawmaker in Southern California who is running for Congress was arrested Tuesday in Sacramento for drunk driving. Sen. Dave Min, D-Irvine, was arrested for a misdemeanor DUI and booked into the Sacramento County Jail, according to the California Highway Patrol.
